What do the Phoenix Open, the Parada del Sol, and the Super Bowl all have in common? ……It’s the first weekend of Tomato planting season! Historically (for us that means 70 years this March) the First weekend of February is the weekend that marks the time to start planting tomatoes and peppers. That being said, we can still have frost for a couple of weeks yet so take care to cover or protect your young or newly planted starts. Is your soil ready? Be sure to follow the steps we have in a FREE in store handout to prepare your garden soil and guarantee success! Of course this is just the first of many shipments and plants that will be available so stay tuned as we begin the spring garden season!!
