It’s olive blossom time or close anyway. If you have a producing olive tree (olives that were planted probably 20 years ago or longer) they are just about to blossom. That means that if you do not want fruit to set on your tree, then you should be ready to spray them with fruit eliminator. Florel should be applied at the mid to full bloom stage and enough to wet but not run off the plant. Failure to apply enough and at the correct timing will result in effective results. Applying too much can cause the plant to stress and yellow or even defoliate. Watch the blossoms nearly daily now as they’ll begin to open soon and catch them when at least 1/2 are open!
